When we have found a suitable plot of land that meets all of our requirements and have a community of interested members who are keen to live in the village, one of the first things we will do is employ a highly qualified local bilingual community manager. His or her job will be to manage the maintenance crew on an ongoing basis, but also to assist with any issues that community members may have, especially at the beginning.
